Esther Nam

I’m Esther, a product designer based in Boston.

I design AI products where people stay in control: tools that support expert judgment instead of replacing it. I’ve spent nine years in design, most recently on AI grading tools at Pearson.

Highlights
  • Led a UX audit that set the direction for two AI product redesigns at Pearson.
  • Redesigned Pearson Collections; the launch was followed by 85% year-over-year subscription growth.
  • Researched, designed, and built an AI app end to end by directing Claude Code.
